We want you to love what you ordered — but clothes need to be unworn & like-new to be accepted back.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Store credit or exchanges only (no refunds unless required by law).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Sale items and accessories are final sale.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return/exchange:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup/perfume/odor.
✔ Original tags must still be attached.
✔ Returned in original packaging when possible.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@fableandthread.ca with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions.

  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue store credit or process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that don’t meet these conditions.
