4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders, Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fableandthread.com, and we will do our best to help if your order has not yet been fulfilled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy found on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include photo evidence.
